We require your Federal Tax ID number before we can ship your order. Please provide us with this number when placing an order. If we do not have this number, your order may be delayed. (Note: This does not apply to orders from individuals.)

Important Note for International Orders (Outside US and Canada):

Your shipping cost is based on the weight of your package. Please e-mail us to find out the shipping cost to your area. If you are placing an order online, please choose International Shipping for your shipping method. Your cost will show $0.00 but this will be adjusted when we invoice you for your order.

How do I place an order?

Go to the home page and search the catalogue to find the resources you want to purchase.
Place your order in one of the following ways:
- Go to the order form page, print and fill in the order form, then mail or fax it to us;
- Call our toll-free number and order by phone;
- E-mail your order to us;
- Order online - See also Ordering On-line.

How do I order online?

1) Go to the home page and search the catalogue to find the resources you need.
2) Click on the cover page of the resource you want to purchase.
3) Type in the quantity you would like to purchase and click “Add to Cart.” The item will be added to your shopping cart. Choose CDN or US funds depending on your location. All international customers should choose US funds.
4) If you would like to purchase more items, click “Continue Shopping” and repeat Step #2.
5) When you are ready to purchase your items, click “Checkout.” You will be taken through the checkout process.
6) Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

How is my order shipped?

We ship DHL Express and Canada Post.*

*PLEASE NOTE: We do not use DHL Express for the following orders. These are shipped by Canada Post:

- Orders from individuals;
- All orders shipped to the Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut;
- All orders shipped outside Canada and the United States;
- Post Office Boxes*
*We would prefer that you provide us with a street address if you have one because you will receive your order sooner than you would if we ship to a post office box.
